Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 8
  7. Add sugar to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  8. Add cake flour, cornstarch, vanilla extract, baking powder and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  10. Prepare a clean tube pan
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to tube pan
  12. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  13. Add white rum, sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  14. Boil - 5 min
  15. Pour syrup into cake
  16. Serve
