A pancake dough recipe that can be used to create an entire meal (sweet and savoury) for two people. For the savoury version, brown one side of the crêpe in a pan, turn it over and cook it with an egg, ham (raw or cooked) and grated cheese on top. Fold the edges over and serve. You can also add sliced fresh mushrooms, onions, red pepper... depending on your preference. In the sweet version, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon work very well together. Otherwise the traditional chocolate/hazelnut spread, or jam, or maple syrup go very well with it. Bon appétit! User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.
