Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add leek, bacon, butter and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 110°C, speed 4
  6. Then add white wine to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 100°C, speed 4
  8. Let rest
  9. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  10. Grease a clean gratin dish then set aside
  11. Add single cream and cornflour to a clean jug
  12. Stir until well combined
  13. Transfer content of jug to kCook bowl
  14. Add egg and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  16. Transfer mixture to gratin dish
  17. Top with reblochon cheese
  18. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  19. Serve
