Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk, fresh yeast and butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add vanilla extract, all purpose flour, egg, sugar and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 7
  8. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  11. Knead lightly
  12. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  13. Cut into rounds
  14. Cover with kitchen towel and let rise - 30 min
  15. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  16. Garnish with sugar, chocolate sauce, or icing.
  17. Serve
