Step preview

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice shallot and leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 120°C, speed 4
  11. Then add wine and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 100°C, speed 4
  13. Then add double cream to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 6
  15. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to gratin dish
  17. Add pasta and deli smoked ham to the gratin dish
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Top with beaufort cheese
  20. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  21. Serve
