  10. Using a slotted spoon, remove the pancetta from the Cooking Chef bowl and add to the browned beef
  11. Add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  13. Then add garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  15. Return the meat back to the Cooking Chef bowl
  16. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  17. Then add tomato paste, bay leaves, red wine, beef stock, fresh parsley, fresh thyme and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 96°C, Stir 3
  19. Then add button mushroom, carrot and cornflour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 96°C, Stir 3
  21. Serve
