Step preview
- Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
- Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 140°C, Speed OFF
- Then add coconut cream, massaman curry paste and stewing steak to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 140°C, Stir 1
- Then add shallot and new potatoes to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
- Then add beef stock, coconut milk, tamarind paste, fish sauce, cinnamon stick, peanut butter, star anise pod, kaffir lime leaves, palm sugar and soy sauce to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 100°C, Stir 2
- Serve
- Garnish with peanuts
