  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat - 104°C, speed 1
  6. Add sweet potato to the steamer tray
  7. Steam - 30 min, 104°C, speed 1
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into sink
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Blend with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 8
  15. Transfer sweet potatoes to large glass bowl then set aside
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  21. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  22. Transfer egg whites to medium bowl then set aside
  23. Clean kCook bowl
  24. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  25. Add egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  28. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 8
  29. Then add butter, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
  30. Transfer sweet potatoes to kCook bowl
  31. Transfer egg whites to kCook bowl
  32. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 3
  33. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl then set aside
  34. Line a clean serving plate with paper towels then set aside
  35. Clean kCook bowl
  36. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  37. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  38. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  39. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  40. Heat with filler cap removed - 180°C
  41. Spoon mixture with an ice cream scoop and carefully drop into the oil
  42. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 180°C
  43. Remove with slotted spoon
  44. Transfer doughnuts to serving plate
  45. Sprinkle with caster sugar
  46. Serve
