Small apple pancakes. Depending on the garnish and your taste, you can reduce the amount of sugar. The Matefaim derives its name from “Mater la faim” which means “suppressing the appetite”. User-generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add apple to the kCook bowl

  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 8
  6. Then add all purpose flour, sugar, butter, milk, egg and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 8
  8. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  9. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  10. Pour batter into frying pan bit by bit
  11. Cook both sides for a few minutes until light golden
  12. Serve
