Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add coconut oil, ginger, fresh chili and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 1
  6. Then add nigella seeds, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground cumin, asafoetida and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 110°C, speed 3
  8. Then add mango, sugar and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 104°C, speed 4
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 50 min, 98°C, speed 4
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  12. Let cool completely
  13. Serve
