Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add all purpose flour and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 10
  9. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap fitted until doubled - 1 hr, 30°C
  11. Turn out content of kCook bowl onto lightly floured surface
  12. Add sesame seeds and nigella seeds to the dough
  13. Knead
  14. Roll out into a log on lightly-floured surface
  15. Cut into quarters
  16. Roll out
  17. Brush with unsalted butter generously
  18. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high heat
  19. Cook each side frying pan until light golden - approx 5 min, medium heat
  20. Serve
