  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add sushi rice and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 98°C, speed 1
  6. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 95°C, speed 1
  7. Transfer rice to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Add rice vinegar, sugar and salt to a clean saucepan
  9. Cook - 30 sec, medium-low heat
  10. Transfer content of saucepan to medium bowl
  11. Mix together until combined and let cool
  12. Let cool completely
  13. Use
