Step preview

  1. Grease and line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  6. Then add biscuits to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  8. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to springform pan
  9. Spread until level and press down
  10. Chill in fridge and continue
  11. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  12. Attach the Whisk
  13. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet and orange juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Whisk with splashguard fitted until dissolved - 3 min, 60°C, Speed 1
  15. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  16. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  17. Attach the Whisk
  18. Add cream cheese, whipping cream, orange and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Pour content of medium bowl into Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  20. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 2
  21. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 4 min, Speed Max
  22. Remove the springform pan from the fridge
  23. Pour content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into springform pan
  24. Spread until level
  25. Cover with plastic wrap
  26. Freeze until set - approx 4 hr
  27. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  28. Attach the Creaming Beater
  29. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet and orange juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  30. Mix with splashguard fitted until dissolved - 3 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  31. Pour content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into jug
  32. Let cool - approx 5 min
  33. Remove the springform pan from the freezer and remove the plastic wrap
  34. Pour content of jug into springform pan evenly
  35. Chill in fridge until set - approx 2 hr
  36. Freeze - approx 4 hr
  37. Serve
