Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Add butter to the clean Dariole molds
  3. Coat until covered
  4. Add sugar to the Dariole molds
  5. Coat until covered
  6. Add icing sugar to the Dariole molds
  7. Coat until covered
  8. Place molds on baking tray
  9. Chill in fridge and continue
  10. Attach the Creaming Beater
  11. Add white chocolate and semi-salted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  14. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to small bowl then set aside
  15. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  16. Attach the Whisk
  17. Add egg and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Max
  19. Transfer content of small bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  20. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  21. Then sift all purpose flour into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Fold carefully until combined
  23. Retrieve the molds from the fridge
  24. Pour half of mixture into 4 Dariole molds
  25. Add white chocolate to the Dariole molds
  26. Top with remaining mixture leaving a 2cm gap at the top
  27. Bake until set - 8 min, 200°C
  28. Turn out content of Dariole molds onto serving plate carefully
  29. Serve immediately
