- Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
- Then add tomato purée, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant then scrape bowl - 2 min, 105°C, Stir 1
- Then add tomato sauce, water and apple cider vinegar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until smooth - 6 min, 105°C, Stir 1
- Transfer mixture to small bowl then set aside
- Clean Cooking Chef bowl
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 1
- Then add canned jackfruits, paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until thick - 10 min, 110°C, Stir 2
- Transfer content of small bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Serve
