Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add oats, garlic clove and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  8. Then add seitan and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  10. Let rest - 15 min
  11. Roll into balls then set aside
  12. Add oil to a clean frying pan
  13. Heat - medium-high heat
  14. Transfer balls to frying pan
  15. Fry in frying pan until light golden
  16. Line a clean plate with paper towels
  17. Transfer balls to plate then set aside
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  20. Add margarine to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  23. Grate onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  24. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  26. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 120°C, speed 2
  27. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  28. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 100°C, speed 2
  29. Then add white wine and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  30. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 90°C, speed 2
  31. Then add fresh parsley and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  32. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  33. Divide balls between 4 serving bowls
  34. Pour sauce into 4 serving bowls
  35. Serve
