- Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 1
- Then add chicken thighs to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until browned - 10 min, 130°C, Stir 1
- Transfer the chicken to a clean bowl and set aside
- Discard the cooking juices
- Add onion and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 7 min, 120°C, Stir 1
- Then add lemon juice and white wine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until hot - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 1
- Then add orzo to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until al dente - 2 min, 105°C, Stir 1
- Then add chicken stock, fresh parsley and fresh thyme to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Transfer content of medium bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until liquid has evaporated - 15 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Then add crème fraîche, lemon, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until creamy - 2 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Serve
