Simplicity and conviviality are on the menu with the croziflette, ideal to enjoy with friends during the cold winter days. Simple to prepare, its reblochon cheese will warm you up. This recipe uses buckwheat crozets which are from the Savoie region of France. These little pasta squares are quite thick and are produced by the traditional method of rolling pasta and cutting into tiny square pieces. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.
