Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add wheat gluten, gram flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, tomato paste, nutritional yeast and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Knead with splashguard fitted until firm - 5 min, Speed 1
  5. Transfer dough to work surface
  6. Form into a log
  7. Wrap the dough with oiled parchment paper
  8. Wrap in tin foil and seal the ends
  9. Transfer dough to Steaming basket
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Attach the steaming basket
  13. Remove the Dough Tool
  14. Steam with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  15. Serve
