  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add fresh parsley, garlic clove and red chili to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 12
  8. Then add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice red bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 120°C, speed 2
  14. Then add tomato paste, Passata and salt to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  16. Then add canned tuna to the kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 3
  18. Then add penne to the kCook bowl
  19. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 3
  20. Serve
