Makes 5 x 300 ml jars. Store in a cool, dark place. The marmalade can be made thicker by removing the filler cap during step 7. By repeating this 20 minutes step a second time, the jam will thicken further. It will also harden a little more once in the refrigerator. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.
