Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add butter, icing sugar and lemon to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
  7. Then add all purpose flour, cornflour and water to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  10. Pipe mixture onto baking tray evenly
  11. Add glace cherries to the baking tray
  12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  15. Let cool
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add butter, icing sugar, milk and cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  21. Mix with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 1 min, speed 5
  22. Mix with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 7
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  24. Pipe the chocolate icing around the edge of half of the biscuits
  25. Top with cherry jam
  26. Sandwich the biscuit halves together
  27. Serve
