  8. Then add vodka to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed 3
  10. Heat with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 65°C, Speed 3
  11. Pour into sterile bottles while still hot
  12. Store in fridge
