  4. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 1
  5. Then add cardamom pods, ginger and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 2 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until soft - 15 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add canned chopped tomatoes, ground turmeric, salt and cashew nuts to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 6 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  11. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to Glass thermoresist blender
  12. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  13. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  14. Blend until smooth
  15. Remove the Thermoresist Glass Blender and set aside
  16. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  17. Attach the Stir Tool
  18. Add ghee to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 1
  20. Then add cinnamon stick, bay leaves and cumin seeds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 1
  22. Then add chili powder, garam masala and ground coriander to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  23. Transfer tomato mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  24. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 4 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  25. Then add frozen peas and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  26. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 3 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  27. Then add green chili and paneer to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  28. Cook with splashguard fitted until soft - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  29. Then add cilantro and whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  30. Cook with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  31. Serve
