  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, potato and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 3
  6. Drain content of kCook bowl into medium bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  9. Add unsalted cod, milk and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 85°C, speed 3
  13. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  14. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  15. Blend with filler cap fitted and continue - 2 min, speed 5
  16. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 12
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  19. Add breadcrumbs to the ceramic baking dish
  20. Grill in broiler until golden brown
  21. Serve
