Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add garlic, bay leaves, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and double cream to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min 30 sec, 95°C, speed 3
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 78°C, speed 3
  9. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Slice potato into a clean large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Arrange content of large mixing bowl in baking dish
  13. Strain content of kCook bowl into baking dish
  14. Add salt & pepper and butter to the baking dish
  15. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  16. Cover with foil
  17. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 180°C
  18. Serve
