Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Attach the Whisk
  3. Add butter and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Whisk until light and fluffy - 4 min, Speed Max
  6. Then add natural yogurt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Attach the Creaming Beater
  8. Mix - 1 min, Speed Min
  9. Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and praline filling to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix - 1 min, Speed Min
  11. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  12. Spoon dough into baking tray
  13. Shape into little domes
  14. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  15. Let cool onto cooling rack
  16. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  17. Attach the Creaming Beater
  18. Add milk chocolate, chocolate spread and single cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Heat - 5 min, 60°C
  20. Mix until well combined - 1 min, 60°C, Speed Min
  21. Leave to cool
  22. Transfer chocolate mixture to piping bag
  23. Turn over half of the cakes so as to have the flat side upward
  24. Transfer chocolate mixture to biscuits
  25. Place the other cakes over the chocolate, flat side down
  26. Serve
