- Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
- Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 140°C, Stir 2
- Then add merguez sausage to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until browned - 7 min, 140°C, Stir 2
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the browned meat into a medium bowl and set aside
- Add garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 1
- Then add shallot, cherry tomatoes, pitted black olives and capers to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 7 min, 120°C, Stir 1
- Then add white wine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 2 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Transfer browned meat from the medium bowl into the Cooking Chef bowl
- Add vegetable stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 15 min, 110°C, Stir 1
- Then add fresh basil leaves, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 2 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Serve
