  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until browned - 7 min, 140°C, Stir 2
  7. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the browned meat into a medium bowl and set aside
  8. Add garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  10. Then add shallot, cherry tomatoes, pitted black olives and capers to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 7 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  12. Then add white wine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 2 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  14. Transfer browned meat from the medium bowl into the Cooking Chef bowl
  15. Add vegetable stock to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 15 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  17. Then add fresh basil leaves, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 2 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  19. Serve
