Step preview

  1. Add golden syrup, dark chocolate and butter to a clean saucepan
  2. Heat until melted - low heat
  3. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  4. Attach K Beater
  5. Add biscuits and raisins to the Kenwood bowl
  6. Transfer content of saucepan to Kenwood bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 1
  8. Transfer content of Kenwood bowl to square pan
  9. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  10. Cut into pieces
  11. Serve
