Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups then set aside
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add all purpose flour, ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, golden caster sugar, marzipan, unsalted pistachios, flaked almonds, raisins and dried cranberries to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 30 sec, Speed 1
  6. Then add egg, unsalted butter, plain yogurt and almond extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 2 min, Speed 2
  8. Spoon batter into muffin pan evenly
  9. Bake then reduce heat - 5 min, 220°C
  10. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  11. Remove from oven and let cool
  12. Dust with icing sugar
  13. Serve
