A tasty broth with garlic sausage and vegetables. Spelt is a grain which is becoming widely available because of its high fibre content. You could try barley or bulgur wheat instead, these nutty-tasting grains add bulk to a broth, transforming a regular bowl of soup into a filling and healthy meal.
