Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour, salted butter and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  7. Roll into a ball
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  12. Add shallot to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 12
  16. Then add canned tuna, Passata, egg and mustard to the kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 6
  18. Remove the chilled pastry from the fridge
  19. Roll until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  20. Grease a clean tart tin
  21. Line tart tin with the rolled dough
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to tart tin
  23. Level
  24. Sprinkle with cheese
  25. Bake - 40 min, 200°C
  26. Serve
