Step preview

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add speculoos cookies to the Food processor attachment
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Pulse until fine crumbs form
  6. Remove the attachment from the machine
  7. Attach the Creaming Beater
  8. Add butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, condensed milk and ground cloves to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted - 4 min, 45°C, Speed 1
  11. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  13. Divide mixture between 3 jars and let cool
  14. Attach lids
  15. Use
