Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Add all purpose flour, salmon filet and shrimps to a clean medium bowl
  5. Mix until coated then set aside
  6. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice carrot and fennel bulb into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Add frozen peas, garlic clove, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, orange juice and double cream to the kCook bowl
  15. Season
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 12 min, 98°C, speed 2
  17. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 98°C, speed 2
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  20. Top with potato
  21. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  22. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  23. Serve
