Step preview

  1. Add water and dried yeast to a clean small bowl
  2. Stir until well combined
  3. Let rest - 10 min
  4. Attach the Dough Tool
  5. Add all purpose flour, olive oil and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Transfer yeast mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  9. Remove the Dough Tool
  10. Prove with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 40°C, Speed OFF
  11. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  12. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Knead slightly
  15. Roll out into a rectangle
  16. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  17. Top with crème fraîche
  18. Spread until covered
  19. Top with potato, salami, prosciutto and Raclette cheese
  20. Bake - 30 min, 220°C
  21. Remove from oven
  22. Serve
