Step preview

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  4. Slice onion, red bell pepper, fresh chili and tomato into a clean large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
  5. Set aside and continue
  6. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  7. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 150°C
  11. Then add ground crayfish powder to the kCook bowl
  12. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 9 min, 150°C, speed 3
  14. Remove lid
  15. Remove Stir tool
  16. Add canned sardines and potato to the kCook bowl
  17. Add water to the kCook bowl
  18. Add all purpose seasoning , curry powder and chili powder to the kCook bowl
  19. Stir until well combined
  20. Replace lid
  21. Cook with filler cap fitted - 50 min, 140°C
  22. Once cooked, check the potatoes are softened and the water has started to thicken
  23. Add fresh basil leaves to the kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 140°C
  25. Remove lid
  26. Stir gently
  27. Serve
