  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 15 sec, 80°C
  8. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  10. Then add milk and onion purée to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 96°C, speed 6
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 62°C, speed 4
  16. Season to taste
  17. Serve
