Step preview

  1. Add potato and water to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil - 20 min
  3. Drain
  4. Attach K Beater
  5. Transfer potatoes to Kenwood Bowl
  6. Add salt and butter to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 2
  8. Then add all purpose flour to the Kenwood Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  10. Shape mixture into patties
  11. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  12. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  13. Fry patties unitl brown on both sides
  14. Serve
