Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add canned tomatoes, red bell pepper, green chili and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  9. Add white onion to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Chop with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 10
  13. Remove the blade from the bowl
  14. Add mixed fresh fish, all purpose seasoning , black pepper and water to the kCook bowl
  15. Transfer 280g of the pepper and tomato mixture
  16. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, 150°C, speed 3
  18. Cook with filler cap fitted - 7 min, 150°C
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  22. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  25. Heat with filler cap removed - 4 min, 150°C
  26. Transfer the rest of the pepper and tomato mixture (1680g)
  27. Cook with filler cap fitted - 9 min, 130°C, speed 3
  28. Transfer the fish mixture up to the 3 litre mark
  29. Add curry powder, salt and all purpose seasoning to the kCook bowl
  30. Stir gently with spatula to combine
  31. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 100°C
  32. Serve
