  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter and canola oil to the kCook bowl

  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 80°C, speed 2
  6. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  8. Then add white wine, vegetable stock, double cream, English mustard and wholegrain mustard to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  10. Season to taste
  11. Serve
