When weighing the ingredients I used the scale on the machine next to the food processor. Store the pesto in the fridge until serving. We like this pesto on pasta with some freshly grated parmesan, on Pizza or simply on some crusty Baguette with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. User generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.

  1. Assemble the food processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the fine grating disc, attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  3. Grate parmesan cheese into the Food processor attachment
  4. Swap the fine grating disc for the knife blade
  5. Add arugula, olive oil, garlic clove and pine nuts to the Food processor attachment
  6. Chop until fine
  7. Add salt & pepper to the Food processor attachment to taste
  8. Transfer mixture to jar
  9. Add olive oil to the jar
