Use it to add brightness to salads, pasta, antipasti boards, burgers and more! While the pickle will be ready after overnight refrigeration, the flavour will be best after 2-3 days. This recipe makes enough for one 1000 ml jar. Make sure your jar is sterilised by running it through a dishwasher or rinsing it with boiling water and drying it at a very low temperature in the oven.
