  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add vergeoise sugar, brown sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to bowl
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add butter and dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  14. Stir with filler cap fitted until completely melted - 1 min 30 sec, 80°C, speed 3
  15. Return sugar mixture to kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  17. Then add whipping cream, sea salt and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  19. Pour content of kCook bowl into square pan
  20. Spread until level then set aside
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  26. Heat with filler cap fitted until melted - 1 min, 90°C
  27. Then add cane sugar to the kCook bowl
  28. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  29. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  30. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  31. Remove the Whisk tool
  32. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and sea salt to the kCook bowl
  33. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  34. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  35. Then add milk chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  36. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  37. Spread the cookie mixture on top of the brownie mixture
  38. Bake - 25 min, 175°C
  39. Remove from oven
  40. Cut into squares and let cool
  41. Serve
