This is a beautifully simple steak sauce; the secret is to use lovely fresh mushrooms and only a very good beef stock will do. Here, we pan-fried our steak and finish in the oven to your liking. Once cooked, cover in this heavenly sauce.

  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add salted butter, Girolles mushrooms and fresh thyme to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add red wine, beef stock, salt and black pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until reduced - 10 min, 105°C, Stir 3
  11. Serve
