Fresh, cold gazpacho is an ideal way to freshen up during the hot summer months. Originating from the Andalusia region of southern Spain, gazpacho is traditionally made from a mixture of tomatoes puréed with other ingredients such as cucumber, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and olive oil. Like many homegrown recipes, there are many different ways to make gazpacho. For example, some regions add bread to the ingredients, but others don't. In our version, we have used 2 slices of bread, which are optional.

  4. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  5. Add cucumber, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, extra virgin olive oil, bread slices, tomato juice, sherry vinegar and hot pepper sauce to the kCook bowl
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
  8. Then season with salt & pepper to taste
  9. Serve
