Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach Dough Tool
  3. Add caster sugar, butter, water and salt to the EasyWarm Bowl
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until combined - 5 min, 9, Speed 1
  5. Let cool - 20 min
  6. Add all purpose flour and dried yeast to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 3 min, Speed 3
  8. Remove the dough from the bowl
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  11. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  12. Remove the dough from the fridge and remove the plastic wrap
  13. Place dough on lightly floured surface
  14. Roll until 2mm thick
  15. Cut out the biscuits shape using petits-beurre cutter
  16. Place biscuits on baking tray
  17. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 180°C
  18. Remove from oven and let cool
  19. Serve
