  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add shrimps to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice green onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add black pepper, ground ginger, sesame oil and cilantro to the kCook bowl
  10. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  11. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - approx 1 min, speed 12
  14. Add dumpling wrapper to a clean work surface
  15. Spoon content of kCook bowl into parcels one by one
  16. Fold together
  17. Add water to the kCook bowl
  18. Line with parchment paper
  19. Transfer parcels to steamer tray
  20. Steam - 15 min, 104°C
  21. Serve
