  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  4. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl

  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add beef shoulder and paprika to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 120°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add salted butter to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  18. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  20. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  23. Slice carrot and button mushroom into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  24. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  25. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 4
  26. Transfer beef to kCook bowl
  27. Add beef stock, single cream and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  28. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  29. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  30. Mix with teaspoon
  31. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  32. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  33. Serve
