  12. Add all purpose flour and veal shoulder to a clean medium bowl
  13. Season

  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 180°C, speed 3
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 4
  18. Then add paprika and tomato paste to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 94°C, speed 1
  20. Then add beef stock to the kCook bowl
  21. Season
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 98°C, speed 2
  23. Then add crème fraîche to the kCook bowl
  24. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, 80°C, speed 5
  25. Season to taste
  26. Serve
