    100 ml (about 100 g)
  • Icing sugar icon

    50 g (about ½ cup)
  • Vanilla sugar icon

    1 tablespoon (about 13 g)
  • Water icon
    Water
    3 tablespoons (about 45 ml)
  • Hazelnut oil icon
    Hazelnut oil
    2 tablespoons (about 30 g)

Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add crème fraîche, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, water and milk chocolate to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 60°C, speed 1
  6. Then add hazelnut oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 60°C, speed 3
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  9. Chill - approx 1 hr
  10. Serve
